1. What Luvo is

Luvo is a personal-finance application for couples: shared budgets, transactions, savings goals, tasks, warranties, loans, and an AI assistant (“Mira”). By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms.

2. Your account and your household

You need an account to use Luvo. Pairing with a partner creates a shared household: financial data you record is visible to your paired partner — that is the point of the product. You are responsible for who you pair with and for keeping your credentials safe. You must be at least 18 to use Luvo.

3. Not financial advice

Luvo and Mira provide budgeting tools and general suggestions, not professional financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Numbers can be wrong; AI answers can be wrong. Verify anything important before acting on it.

4. The AI assistant

Mira runs on large language models. On the Free and Essential plans you may connect your own AI provider key (“BYOK”); calls are then made under your agreement with that provider, and their charges are yours. On Premium, Luvo provides a monthly AI credit; when it is exhausted, AI features pause until renewal or until you add your own key.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed per couple, monthly or yearly, through our payment provider. Prices are shown before you pay; regional pricing may apply. You can cancel any time and keep your plan until the end of the paid period. Ads are shown on the Free plan after the trial; paid plans are ad-free.

6. Acceptable use

Don’t use Luvo to break the law, to harm others, to probe or disrupt the service, or to store content you have no right to store. We may suspend accounts that do.

7. Your data

Your financial records belong to you. Our use of data is described in the Privacy Policy. You may request deletion of your account and its data at any time from within the app or by contacting support.

8. Service changes and availability

We work to keep Luvo available and improving, but the service is provided “as is”, without warranties. Features may change. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using Luvo and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.
